By using our website you are agreeing to all terms and conditions listed in this contract by Adaku The Label (ABN 27559548535) which is located in Townsville 4810, Queensland Australia.

This Terms and Condition describes how Adaku The Label (the "Site", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your personal information when you visit, use our services, or make a purchase from www.AdakuTheLabel.com (the "Site") or otherwise communicate with us regarding the Site (collectively, the "Services"). For purposes of this Terms and Condition’s, "you" and "your" means you as the user of the Services, whether you are a customer, website visitor, or another individual.

You the customer must be over the age of 18 or with the supervision of a parent or guardian over the age of 18 to enter into a contact with Adaku The Label. This includes but not limited to creating an account, shopping with us or browsing our website.

This contract follows all legal requirements by the Australian government. By using our services you agree with following and complying with all laws and regulations, whether domestic or international. These term and conditions listed in this contract are up to date and regularly updated. We recommend reading these terms and conditions before placing any new orders, browsing our website or just to stay up to date. We do not send out any notifications when our terms and conditions have been updated. This contract is often reviewed and will be updated accordingly.

2. Email Subscription 

To become a email subscriber you are agreeing to receive promotional, marketing and online store updates via email. We follow all Australian government and agencies guidelines this includes but not limited to the Spam act 2003.

Receiving Adaku The Label emails are optional. You can unsubscribe any time, you can find an unsubscribe button located on the bottom of any email or you can email us at Hello@AdakuTheLabel.com and request we remove you off our email list. 

3. Order Cancellations

If you would like to Cancel any order you have placed, please reach out as soon as possible at Hello@AdakuTheLabel.com with your order number, name and shipping address. This information will help us cancel your order faster. 

If your order has already been packed and/or sent, unfortunately we wont be able to cancel your order. We do accept change of mind returns, but you will be required to pay for the return shipping charge. 

Large orders are flagged on our system and will automatically be canceled. If you have placed or plan to place a big order with 3+ of the same handbag or 7+ in assorted designs, please reach out before placing an order so we can make sure your order gets fulfilled.

 4. Clearance Items 

All items in our clearance album are final. These products are unable to be returned unless there’s a manufacturer fault. In the event you have received a faulty item, you will need to contact us. You can contact us at Hello@AdakuTheLabel.com

5. Manufactured Faults

Adaku The Label product checks all products before shipment, on the odd chance you have received a faulty item please contact us. Faults that are quite major and affect use, you would have not purchased if you seen it in person, unsafe to use, quite different to what you were shown are fully refundable.

Minor faults are little faults that don’t affect use, such as lose threads, sight pulls that aren’t noticeable to a naked eye or slight imperfections. Minor faults are not faults and can not be refunded. Incorrect colour due to screen colour is not a fault. 

6.Colours And Website Imagery 

We try our best to show the correct colours of our products on our website, emails, social media accounts and other online advertisements. All personal devices may show these imagines in incorrect colours. Incorrect colour is not a major fault and cannot be refunded. You may change your mind on your product and return it for a store credit, excluding any shipping charges associated with your order. All images on Adaku The Label are created for our website and/or our social media. If you think a certain image shouldn’t be on our website or on any of our social media pages please let us know. All people in photos have consented to use of their images.  

If you would like to submit a photo for us to use on our website, social media or promotional item you may do so. In return if we intend to use your imagine, we may offer a discount code or offer free products.

8. Product Availability 

Adaku The Label online shows the correct product availability at the time of viewing. Items in your cart are not reserved and we are not liable for an item selling out. If you believe the product availability to be incorrect, please reach out by email. As we pack your orders we may come across stock that doesn’t pass our standard, in the case of you purchasing a last one and the stock not meeting our standards we will contact you to offer another product or we can refund you. 

We do not restock products. 

9. Circumstances Out Of Our Control  

Adaku The Label prides ourselves on exceptional customer service, but circumstances beyond our control do happen, this includes but not limited to weather events, website sell outs, shipping delays and other life events that may occur. These circumstances could lead to delayed orders, orders being cancelled and empty websites. 

10. Uncollected Orders

 If your order is unable to be delivered, and is taken to your local post office you have 10 business days to collect it before it is sent back to Adaku The Label. In the event your order has been sent back to us we will deduct all postage fees associated with the order, this includes the original full postage fee (even if you received free shipping or a unknown discounted amount)  and the re delivery fee.

11. Loss Of Goods

Once your order has been sent with the delivery service we use - Aus post, all liability will be passed to the delivery company and customer. This includes but not limited to loss of goods and damage. We try our hardest to ensure all parcels make it to the final destination in brand new condition. In the case your parcel has become missing please contact the delivery company and start a lost parcel claim. We also would love to hear from you in the event of this.

Adaku The Label use Australia Post for all our deliveries. All prices in AUD.

Express shipping

  • Express shipping flat fee $14.95
  • FREE express shipping on orders over $150

 13. World Wide Shipping 

Adaku The Label use Australia Post for all our deliveries. All prices in AUD.

We currently do not have the option for other countries to check out on the website.

 14. Change Of Mind Returns

We offer a 30 day return policy for full priced items in brand new condition. You are required to pay for return shipping. We recommend using a reliable tracked shipping service. We aren’t liable for any parcels that become lost on return. Your items must be in brand new condition with all original packaging and tags attached.

if your return doesn’t meet our requirements we will contact you to organise delivery, and a new delivery fee to be paid. The delivery fee will need to be paid before your item is sent back. We only will hold your items for 14 days.

15. Brand New Condition Meaning 

In brand new condition means it must be sellable condition, these are some of our main requirements your handbag needs to meet to be able to get a refund. 

  • Tags attached
  • No smells
  • No pet hair or human hair
  • No make up stains
  • No stains 
  • Still with original packaging
  • No damage
  • Has not been “cleaned” 
  • Not used

 16. Competition Term & Conditions 

Any competition or giveaway promoted by Adaku The Label is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook inc, Instagram inc, or TikTok inc. By entering, entrants confirm they have abided by the platforms terms and conditions and the terms and conditions listed in this contact. Entrees must over the age of 18 years, competitions and giveaways are not transferrable and may vary to what was shown. Winners will be contacted on the platform the competition or giveaway was taken place on. In the event the winner is unable to collect their competition or giveaway winnings, a redraw will take place and the new winner will be notified. The winner will receive their competition or giveaway prize within 30 days from the competition or giveaway ending. 

17. Amendments To Promotions & Pricing
Adaku The Label reserves the right to change or cancel any promotions with out notice, this includes but not limited to online pricing. This will not affect current orders.

Accounts created with a email address may get special discounts and promotions, that are not available to the general public.
