Return's;

We offer returns on full priced items excluding any shipping charges, you have 30 days from the date of purchase. To send your item back to us you will have to pay for return shipping, we recommend using a tracked delivery service as we aren’t responsible for lost parcels. We have the right to turn down any return that doesn’t meet our standards. 

 

Brand new condition;

• Unused and no signs of use.
• No smells, hair, stains or damage.  
• Original packaging - dust bags, tags, ect.

 

What to include in your return; 

• Your name, order number & email address.
• Proof of purchase.
• The items you want to return.
• all original packaging, with tags attached.

What happens if my return is approved;

Once we have received your returned item we will check it meets all of our brand new condition requirements, we will send an updated email with an outcome. You will be refunded the same way you made the payment the next business day. Refund time depends on the payment method you used, this may take up to 14 business days. 

 

What happens if my return isn't approved;

We will contact you if your return isn’t approved and we will require you to pay a full shipping fee to get your item back. Unfortunately we don’t have the space to hold onto items, so we require a re shipping payment within 14 days. We may send reminders, as we don’t want you to forget about your item. 

 

Exchanges;

We unfortunately do not offer exchanges as stock levels are constantly changing and we can’t guarantee the product you want will still be in stock.

   

Somethings wrong with my order;

Please contact us at Returns@AdakuTheLabel.com within 7 days from receiving your order if you feel something is wrong, incorrect or faulty.
